I struggled with managing my workload effectively, particularly in allocating sufficient time to revise Physics, as I tended to focus excessively on other subjects. I also found the Electromagnetic Induction chapter especially challenging. The concepts and underlying theories were difficult for me to fully grasp, even after watching online tutorials and seeking clarification from my teachers at school. The teacher was able to explain complex concepts clearly and in depth within a short period of time, which made challenging topics much easier to understand. Lessons were also made more engaging through the use of interactive games, allowing us to grasp complicated concepts in an enjoyable and exciting way. Additionally, the practice questions at the end of each lesson helped me apply the theories and information learned, reinforcing my understanding and improving my ability to use the concepts confidently.

I joined 6 Tuition in secondary 4 near the O levels season. I scored A1 for O level Physics, which is an improvement as I usually score around A2. Before joining, I struggled with Electromagnetic Induction and Electromagnetism, as well as Physics practical. However, Jan explained it very clearly to me using slides, Anki flashcards, custom notes, and questions compiled from various sources, organized by topic. And when I need help outside of class hours, Jan is always ready to answer my questions. There is also periodic check-ins to make sure I revise consistently and that I can achieve the goals I set for O levels. Although initially I was skeptical as I have never heard of 6 Tuition before, 6 Tuition is one of a kind- it gives me a personalised experience that caters to my needs. No questions remain unanswered, and I am able to understand each topic deeply. The best thing about the class is the quiz-based game sessions, which have a winning prize! I love how 6 Tuition incorporates fun and learning, there is never a dull day there. Overall, 6 Tuition prepared me extremely well for O levels!

Before joining 6 Tuition, i was mainly struggling with my understanding on physics concepts. Normally, i would answer questions blindly and hope to get it correct but after joining i felt that all these issues were resolved. Initially i didnt think that this class would be helpful since i joined pretty late into Os but thankfully it was proven otherwise. I chose to join the classes in the end after hearing my friends’ experiences and i decided to give it a go. I feel that the teacher (Jan) was able to provide sufficient attention to each and every one of us and also keep the lessons engaging through games that encourage interaction and learning. This allowed me to enjoy classes and be more willing to absorb information that is taught.

Before starting tuition i struggled to understand certain complex concepts and was unable to fully clarify my doubts in school. I was skeptical about joining as I already had quite a lot of school commitments but decided to join as I was not doing that well in physics. Joining tuition really benefitted me as I was able to freely ask questions and I received detailed explanations until I was clear in my understanding. During tuition we also reflected on all mistakes I made and identify exactly where I went wrong to rectify the mistakes which helped me.

I was struggling mainly with grasping the contents of certain physics topics, especially Sec 4 topics such as magnetism, or electromagnetism. In addition, I felt that I did not know the best and fast way of understanding these topics when I was struggling with my physics since WA2 of Sec 4. The best thing about Jan’s classes is how Jan taught the topics in a very simple way to understand, and how the key words that he used really made me able to wrap my head around the hard topics. Furthermore, Jan’s ankis also helped me a lot with my memorisation and skills for my physics in O-Levels.

I was struggling with some of the concepts as my teacher at school does not explain the concepts in depth. I was skeptical about the quality of teaching at first as the teacher may be inexperienced. I heard from my friends (who promoted me this tuition) that the teacher is good at teaching and play games during the lesson. The classes is held in a small size, so I can clarify my doubts and fill in the gaps, and the teaching was done step by step from scratch which makes it easier to follow, starting from the explanation slides (they consist of basic concepts and questions, instead of jumping in depth directly), followed by quick test (fill in the blanks), and tutorial questions that are relevant with the newest syllabus and o-level styled. all of these active recalls assisted me in remembering the details and grasp the concepts better

6 Tuition helped me a lot for my olevel physics. first off, the teaching was top notch..the teacher explained everything very well and always was ready to clarify my doubts no matter how trivial they were.. their resources were also excellent.. they covered all aspects required such as basic questions, exam style qs, mcqs, definitions and things to memorise.. on the whole, my experience at 6 Tuition was excellent

I was struggling a lot with secondary 4 subjects since they contained completely new concepts like electromagnetism and static electricity. The tuition helped to break down the concepts in simpler ways which helped me greatly for O levels. Ive never had physics tuition before, and I got by sec 3 and the start of sec 4 just fine without it, so I didn't really know if tuition will be helpful or if I can just study on my own like before. But now, I don't regret taking it, my friends we're joining so I thought it wouldn't be bad to try out the tuition with them. There was a good balance between lesson and fun. During lessons we would take short breaks playing games related to physics which helped me destress and relax during times I was incredibly worried about O levels.

I struggled most with the entire electricity chunk because it is not as simple as the other topics such as Newtonian Mechanics whereby it is a lot of math and calculations and minimal memorisation. Though it is better to at least write something rather than not attempt the question, I usually write an answer completely irrelevant to it. I was most skeptical about who the tutor was cause I had absolutely zero background knowledge of him. I’d say that it’s the word of mouth and that since my results was already at a D7, I decided that there was no harm trying and so I gave it a shot. I’d say what was good was that the tutor used a big TV to show us the keywords and flash the powerpoint on and also the fun games and prizes. There was also a mandatory 5 min after each hour of the lesson just so we can relax our minds and absorb the information fully. The games like the mini basketball and memory games really made us more interested in the lesson and made me want to pay more attention in class.

joining this physics tuition was honestly one of the best choices ever. Jan made every topic so much easier to digest and it made me improve from an average student to an A1 student. this tuition is not like ur mainstream tuitions and the classes are very small, allowing Jan to easily identify and strengthen students' weaker areas. wld def recommend to any student who needs help w physics! :D

the physics teacher explains all the concepts very well and easy to understand, even if dont understand can just ask and he will repeat until everyone gets it. after the each part of the notes, there is a mini test where u try to remember what is just taught which is good for memorising. after that too there is also a worksheet for each chapter to be done and a THICK set of notes for the whole syllabus

I’ve been coming to Jan’s class for a while and it’s really helpful.. he’s friendly and explains the physics concepts with notes made and curated by himself really clearly. His notes are easy to understand when I’m revising and he supports students by encouraging us to ask qns in and outside of class asw. I always struggled with physics since Secondary 3 but after joining this tuition I understood the topics way better and was ahead of my classmates in class.
